• Ox Bile - 50mg
• Pancreatin 8X - 125mg

• Additional ingredients: Gelatine, Rice Flour, Rice Concentrate

Dosage:

Digest Assist is designed to be taken prior to eating to increase your digestive enzymes and support the breakdown of your food for optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.

Take 1x capsule before each main meal such as breakfast, lunch and dinner (up to 3x capsules daily).

This product is not recommended for the following:

• Those under the age of 12
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• If you have a history of (or current) Stomach ulcers
• If you are taking PPI medications such as omeprazole.
