Shiitake (Lentinufa erodes) is the nutritional and medicinal powerhouse of the fungi kingdom.

Japanese elders know shiitake as the “elixir of life” and have used it traditionally both as a nutritious addition to meals and as a tonic for many ailments, especially immune deficiencies. Nutritionally shiitakes truly are a superfood mushroom, containing high amounts of amino acids, B-vitamins and minerals. As an herb, it is revered in the Orient as a Qi tonic, to support the respiratory tract, heart health, circulation, protect the liver and nourish the immune system deeply.

Rigorous and independently tested to ensure purity - SuperFeast test for metals, pesticides, moulds, microbials and more, twice; in house and with TGA accredited facilities.

Ingredients:

Super bio-available shiitake mushroom 10:1 extract powder. Not irradiated. No added grains, fillers, starch, or mycelium.

Serving Suggestions:

Start with 1/4-1/2 tsp daily. Great in hot or cold drinks, broths & soups.

Serving size may be increased to up to 2 Tbs per day; recommended daily serve is approx. 1 tsp (depends on constitution and intention).

This herb has been Dual Extracted with care for maximum bioavailability. It is ready to be taken as is. The extract is NOT heat sensitive and can be added to hot drinks and dishes.

Storage:

Your herbs are packed in Miron violet glass to protect them from damaging UV rays, and include a silica-based desiccant to absorb moisture (the enemy of your herbs!). Keep your herbs dry and tightly sealed and they’ll thank you! The herbs are packed by weight not volume and some settling may occur. Please reuse your Miron jars!

SuperFeast premium shiitake is sourced semi-wild from Zheijiang and Giuzhou, China. Non-irradiated.

Dosage:

Adults: Recommended daily serving is up to1 tsp.
